The Lake County Redevelopment Agency is proud to announce the opening of Harbor Village Artists. The Agency purchased this property in 2005, and over the last 3 years the Lake County Public Services Department has steadily upgraded the property into four artist studios. Four groups of Lake County artists opened their retail galleries and art studios in Lucerne in July.
