The Lake County Redevelopment Agency was formed in November of 1999 with the Board of Supervisors serving as the Agency's Board of Directors. The Northshore Redevelopment Project Area Plan was adopted in 2001. The Northshore Project Area consists of the communities of Upper Lake, Nice, Lucerne, Glenhaven and Clearlake Oaks as shown in the map below.
This organization is headed by Eric Seely, North Shore Business Association member.
